The beautiful VUE apartments in Trinity Beach required a repaint of all external walls and a durable seal to be applied to the roof area. Being located on a hilltop overlooking the Esplanade beachfront, Vue Trinity Beach needed a solution that would be durable to the punishment a coastal location brings and yet retain its contemporary elegance.
Project Details
All external walls were sealed with an extra durable, ultra violet resistant paint. Specially formulated to be flexible, protecting against cracking, peeling and chalking whilst offering salt and dirt resistant properties.
The roof area was sealed with a special fibre matting to minimise water penetration and then sealed with advanced heat reflective paint to provide reduced thermal shock.
